
TROPICAL PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1/2 papaya
1 banana
1/2 mango
1/2 cup blueberries
1 oz. papaya seeds (optional)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water or raw coconut water
2 oz. goji berries
Directions: Peel and slice the banana, papaya and mango. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with goji berries for an added crunch and health benefits!
