SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL

10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup spinach

1 cup kale

1 date

1 1/2 cups almond milk or any milk you like

1 persimmon, chopped

1/2 cup goji berries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

3/4 cup blueberries

 

Directions:

Add bananas, spinach, kale, blueberries, date, chia seeds and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with persimmon, goji berries, hemp seeds and raw cacao nibs.
