Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup red currants
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 date
1 tsp bee pollen (optional topping)
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional topping)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with bee pollen

1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1 tsp cacao nibs
1 cup almond or hemp milk
1 tbsp sweet tahini (or tahini + honey)
1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions:
Place kale, spinach, banana, tahini and almond or hemp milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with goji berries, cacao nibs and hemp seeds.

Directions: Peel and slice the banana, papaya and mango. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with goji berries for an added crunch and health benefits!

In a blender, add the banana, persimmon, date, mango, turmeric, cinnamon and chia seeds. Blend until smooth. For a less thick consistency, add water or coconut water.

2 handfuls of spinach

3 cubes of ice
1/4 cup granola (I prefer Purely Elizabeths)
Directions: Blend spinach, kale, bananas, almond butter, milk and ice until creamy. Pour into a bowl, top with with hemp, flax and chia seeds, granola, and sliced banana.
