    PINK CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 banana

    1/2 cup raspberries

    1/4 cup red currants

    1 tbsp raw cacao powder

    1 tbsp almond butter

    1 date

    1 tsp bee pollen (optional topping)

    1 tsp hemp seeds (optional topping)

     

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with bee pollen

    REFRESHING BEET & WATERMELON JUICE

    10 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 beets

    2 apples

    1/2 watermelon

    1 inch of ginger

     

    Directions:

    Place beets, apples, watermelon and ginger in a juicer or peel and add to a blender. Serve chilled.

    BANANA FIG SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 ripe banana

    1 ripe fig

    3/4 cup almond milk

    2 cubes ice

    1 tbsp almond butter

    1 tsp raw cacao nibs

     

    Directions:

    Place banana, fig, almond milk, ice and almond butter in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with raw cacao nibs.

    HIGH PROTEIN KALE SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup kale

    1 banana

    1 tsp hemp seeds

    1 tsp chia seeds

    1 tbsp almond butter

    1 cup almond milk

     

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

    MANGO GOJI SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 ripe mango

    1/4 cup goji berries

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    3/4 cup coconut water

    1 tsp turmeric

     

    Directions:

    Add mango, goji, chia seeds, turmeric and coconut water to a blender. Blend on high speed until fully combined. 

    REFRESHING WATERMELON JUICE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 cups chopped watermelon

    Juice of 1 lemon

    2 ice cubes

     

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth,

    GREEN HALVAH SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup kale

    1 cup spinach

    1 banana

    1 tsp cacao nibs

    1 cup almond or hemp milk

    1 tbsp sweet tahini (or tahini + honey)

    1 tsp hemp seeds

    1 tsp goji berries

     

    Directions:

    Place kale, spinach, banana, tahini and almond or hemp milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with goji berries, cacao nibs and hemp seeds.

    MATCHA & MACA SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 banana

    1 cup kale (stems removed)

    1/2 tsp matcha powder

    1/2 tsp spirulina

    1 tsp maca

    1 tsp chia seeds

    1 cup almond milk

    1 tsp coconut shavings (for topping, optional)

     

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with coconut shavings. 

    SPICY BEET JUICE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 cups spinach

    1 green apple

    1 large beet

    1  inch fresh ginger

    1 bunch parsley

    2 lemons

     

    Directions:

    Pass all ingredients through a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, slice apples, peel beets and slice, and slice lemon and ginger and blend on high speed.  

    BANANA DATE SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

     

    1 banana

    1 date

    1 tbsp maca

    1 tbsp flax seed powder

    1 tsp matcha powder

    3/4 cup almond milk

     

    For topping: 1 tsp raw cacao nibs

     

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with cacao nibs. 

    MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

     

    1/2 mango, peeled and chopped

    1/2 cup lettuce, chopped

    1 persimmon, chopped

    1/2 banana

    3/4 cup almond milk

    1 tsp turmeric

     

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

    SWEET POTATO SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 banana

    1 sweet potato, steamed and peeled

    1 date

    2 handfuls spinach 

    3/4 cup homemade almond milk

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1 tbsp almond butter

     

    Directions:

    Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

    SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE BOWL

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 ripe bananas

    1 cup spinach

    1 cup kale

    1 date

    1 1/2 cups almond milk or any milk you like

    1 persimmon, chopped

    1/2 cup goji berries

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    1 tbsp hemp seeds

    1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

    3/4 cup blueberries

     

    Directions:

    Add bananas, spinach, kale, blueberries, date, chia seeds and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with persimmon, goji berries, hemp seeds and raw cacao nibs.

     

    TROPICAL PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 papaya

    1 banana

    1/2 mango

    1/2 cup blueberries

    1 oz. papaya seeds (optional)

    1 tsp ground turmeric

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    1 cup water or raw coconut water

    2 oz. goji berries

     

    Directions: Peel and slice the banana, papaya and mango. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with goji berries for an added crunch and health benefits! 

    GREEN PROTEIN KALE SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 cup of kale

    2 cups of spinach

    1 banana

    2 Brazil nuts

    2 tbsp hazelnut butter

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    1 tbsp hemp seeds

    1 tbsp cinnamon

    2 dates

    1 1/2 cups of water or almond milk

     

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

    ANTI INFLAMMATORY TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 banana

    1 persimmon

    1 date

    1/2 cup of mango

    1/2 tsp ground turmeric

    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    Optional: 1/2 cup of water or raw coconut water

     

    Directions:

    In a blender, add the banana, persimmon, date, mango, turmeric, cinnamon and chia seeds. Blend until smooth. For a less thick consistency, add water or coconut water. 

    SPINACH & KALE SMOOTHIE BOWL

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    2 stalks of kale

    2 handfuls of spinach

    1-2 ripe bananas + 1/2 for topping

    1 tbsp hemp seeds

    1 tbsp flax seeds

    1 tbsp chia seeds

    1 tbsp almond butter

    1 1/2 cups almond milk (can subsitute with soy, hemp or regular)

    3 cubes of ice

    1/4 cup granola (I prefer Purely Elizabeths)

     

    Directions: Blend spinach, kale, bananas, almond butter, milk and ice until creamy. Pour into a bowl, top with with hemp, flax and chia seeds, granola, and sliced banana. 

     

    BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 ripe avocado

    1 cup homemade or store bought organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    1 bunch of kale or spinach

    1/2 cup organic blueberries

    1 tsp hemp seeds

    1 date

     

    Directions: 

    Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top the smoothie with hemp seeds. 

    PINK SMOOTHIE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 papaya

    1/2 mango

    1 cup raw coconut water

    1/2 cup raspberries

    1/2 cup strawberries

     

    Directions: 

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! 

    GREEN MACHINE

    5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1/2 papaya

    1/2 mango

    1 cup raw coconut water

    1/2 cup raspberries

    1/2 cup strawberries
